In our school we define Spirituality in the following way:

Christian Spirituality sees God in Jesus and is developed through bible readings, prayer and much more.  It draws on external and internal responses: vision, sound, touch and emotions, pain, hunger.  It is a powerful kind of knowing that is less worried about proving how you know.

Spirituality is powerful, inspiring and shapes our ways of being.
