Our six core Christian Values drive all aspects of our theologically rooted Christian Vision. We explore these values through collective worship, within our lessons and in the everyday life of the school. Each half-term one value chosen to focus on in particular.

 Perseverance, Thankfulness, Compassion, Courage, Truthfulness, Respect

A child from each class is awarded a "Christian Value Cup" during Friday's Celebration Collective Worship for specifically demonstrating one of our Christian Values during the week. Parents and Carers are invited to join our Friday Worship.

Each value is introduced via a quote from the bible as per below:

Perseverance    “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.”   Philippians 4.13

Thankfulness    “Always be thankful.”     1 Thessalonians 5.16

Compassion    “Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”     Colossians 3.12

Courage    “Be strong and courageous:do not be frightened or dismayed, for the lord your God is with you wherever you go.”     Joshua 1.9

Truthfulness   “Tell the truth to each other.”       Zechariah 8.16

Respect    “Do to others as you would have them do to you.”     Matthew 7.12

Each half-term, one value is chosen as a particular focus for Collective Worship.

Perseverance (Autumn 1), Thankfulness (Autumn 2), Compassion (Spring 1), Courage (Spring 2), Truthfulness (Summer 1) and Respect (Summer 2).
